In 1990, Teresa and her son moved from a small town in West Texas to Austin. They immediately knew it was where they were meant to be and watched it grow to the vibrant city it is today. Eventually, she was able to move to her perfect spot in the world, just West of Austin on Lake Travis.
In addition to being a lake-area-based and focused REALTOR®, for over a decade Teresa has owned and operated a successful home staging & design business. Assisting hundreds of sellers to prepare properties to sell for top dollar or transforming ho-hum houses into delightful dream homes for her design clients. Helping her clients with their second and third homes and becoming friends in the process is her norm. Teresa’s contagious excitement for beautifully designed homes (obvious or only the potential in her eyes) combined with her talent, background, and attention to detail, make her uniquely qualified.
